Dad (Grandpa) Is Doing Fine
The Out Patient procedure went perfectly. I was told that it would take about an hour and it took about 1/2 hour . We got at the hospital at 11:30am and Dad went through all the pre-procedure stuff-checking in, Insurance check, hospital papers to sign, and directions to the waiting room. We sat in that room just a short time and when a nurse came and took Dad back to his curtained room to strip and put on his fancy hospital gown and then his assigned nurse "Tony" inserted the intravenous needle and checked his vitals,etc. When Dad was ready we (David) and I could
Wait with him for the doctor to arrive. 2 female nurses dropped by to introduce themselves as the nurses who would be assisting the doctor. The representative from the device company (Travis, whom we know from prievous occasions) brought his laptop to check the old device and explained things about the new one. He is also with the doctor during the procedure . Dad will have a white, wireless box and a scale mailed to him in about two weeks. Info collected in his device can be sent through phone lines to the heart hospital to a monitoring center for the device. This is a long way from Benjamin and his key, kite and lightning. The doctor was only an hour later than scheduled but that was okay. It was better than being cancelled because of an emergency that the doctor had to attend to. All the services were excellent. Dad, only saw Dr Chan after he revived. Tony was a great attending nurse and of course,Dad loved the girl nurses. One had attended a Michigan College and Dad told her he went to Ohio State AFTER the procedure. She liked Dad and kissed his bald head before she left for the day. More info later. I gotta go do some housework.

Who is Casper the Ghost?
I have two ghosts in my family. One is called Casper and the other one is my Blogger Ghost who keeps my blog in order. Can you guess their real names?
