Chicken Broccoli Casserole




Chicken Broccoli Casserole
(makes 8x8 pan size)

2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup Mayo
1/2 cup milk
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 tsp Curry Powder
2 Chicken Breasts 0 cooked & shredded (or chicken from a Rotisserie Chicken)
10oz or more Broccoli Florette's (steamed)
mix in 1/2 cup cheddar/monterrey jack cheese mix

Mix all together- put in pan
Top with 1/2 cup or so of bread crumbs mixed with with 1 or 2 Tablespoons of melted butter-
Then sprinkle a little paprika on top for color and flavor.

Put in oven and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.

Serve over rice.
