We always look forward to visits from our family members. Papa wanted to cook some barbecued pork ribs, so I invited friends and family to come and visit with Ronna and Dennis and eat ribs. Ronna's cousin, Kent Criswell and his wife Nancy came on Friday night. It had been many years since they had seen each other. Pat and Merrilee also came over Friday night also had a good visit. The rib meal was planned for Saturday so they missed Papa's delicious ribs. Friday we had sauerkraut, cheese and crackers. On Saturday, Uncle Jack came from Tucson, long time friend Sandy Wilmot came along with Jennifer, Dan, Jackson, Morgan, baby Taylor, Robyn, Cole, Victoria, Alisha, Jacob, Noah and Vallerie. So there was a lot of visiting going on and rib eating that night. Ronna has a hobby (which she calls Therapy). She is into beading and makes beautiful jewerly--necklaces, braclets and earrings. She brought some of her work to show us. Merrilee, Sandy and I bought necklaces. Ronna was pleased because she did not expect to sell any. She wanted our opinions and suggestions concerning her designs.
