I don't get it either. Does anybody? The sun comes up, the sun goes down. There's 24 hours in a day. Arizona, Utah, Wyoming, are all aligned basically. 'Mountain Time' right? so what IS the deal?? Duh
All I know is that Arizona does not have daylight saving time because that lady called in and complained about the extra hour of sunlight burned up her lawn.

Something about farmer's and electric bills. Unless I am confusing things.
