A Special Treat
My grand daughter, Jen Oliver, took me to Phoenix friday to see and hear the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square. Dan got free tickets from his employer to attend The Signature Event for The Arizona Centennial. The concert was held in the US Airways Arena and our seats were in a Box. Jen and I were with four other couples sitting in the Box. Those tickets were super. When Jen showed the
tickets we were immediately directed to a special free parking area. When we got into the arena and showed the tickets we were directed to the special entrance to the Box. I was impressed to be treated like Obama.
The concert, as always, was wonderful. They had a variety of music. The whole performance was perfect.
Thanks Dan and Jen. Dan did not go with us because he had a date to take Princess Morgan to a Dad and Daughter Dance at her school. I like Dan for being a devoted father and kind grand daughter, Jen, to invite her old granny to a new experience.

I'm glad you had a speical nite out with your grand-daughter!
That was such a great concert. The choir MOVED, got loud, a little rowdy and of course, we go to see Alex Boye dance like Michael Jackson.
But the best part, by far, was being with Grandma. She is soooo fun!
What a nice treat!
I love it when the Mo-Tab rocks their moves and get a little rowdy! We laugh at them, but totally love it! Alex Boye is a fun addition to the choir!
Oh that sounds like a great show! I always enjoy that.
Sounds like a great night out for you guys. You were a VIP.
The 'Mo-Tab' Rocks?? They get rowdy? Like what? Snap their fingers? Who knew? lol
